Andréa C. Hardy, CFP®, ChFC®

Andréa began her career in the financial arena as an IT leader for fortune 100 companies, managing high level initiatives and helping corporations save resources through efficient budget management, contract negotiations and leadership.

In 2011, Andréa decided to leverage her financial acumen to help individuals build positive relationships with their money.  Consequently, she joined HF Financial as a Financial Professional with a specific mission to leverage an approach based on her faith to help build financial empowerment and wealth in the African American and broader communities.  Seeing the need to help younger advisors enter and stay in the profession, Andrea agreed to take a leadership position as a board member for the HF Financial Advisory Board, chairing the committee on Agent Sales Growth. 

In 2019, Andréa embarked on a journey to expand her offerings to her current and future clients by creating The Hardy Financial Group, LLC.  She is excited to continue her efforts in helping her clients ‘take control of their money’ and become ‘intentional’ about their financial decisions.

Andréa enjoys spending time with family, golfing, tennis, jazz and cooking… oh yes… and Star Trek!
